Picnic
On Sunday August 19, 2007 All-Pro Tae Kwon Do had its 10th Annual Picnic for family, friends, clients & students. It was a great time for everyone to get together and for some people to get to know each other better. I can say that I truly enjoyed myself this year more than years past. The studio had 70% in attendance and over 300 people there. I would like to thank below all of my Black Belt Staff Instructors for their time and for all of their help.
Black Belt Staff – Keith Dickens you were a BIG help from coming at 9:30am to help me get things set up, cooking the food, etc and staying until 5:30pm to get things cleaned up. I don’t think I could have done this without you. I wish your girlfriend (Margie) was here to help. Maybe next year 2008! Black Belt Staff – Monique Barrera & Shannon Ross for managing the cotton candy from 1pm to 3pm.Black Belt Staff – George Tretiakoff, Danny Showalter, Alex Cuevas, and Chris Palmer, for managing the Jumpy House from 11am to 4pm. Chris Palmer (the master mind) and about 10 students for putting a big green garbage can of ice and cold water on top and over my entire body, I got 100% wet, I had no idea it was coming, I didn’t expect it. I’m glad by 5:30pm my clothes were all dry. Casey Jones (Carly’s brother) for saving my camera from getting wet. Thank You! San Jose Ice Company for delivering 16 (40 Pound bags of ice). A Party Place in Campbell (Steve Zanardi) for dropping off & picking up all the tables for the potluck, tents, and table cloths. Astro Jump of San Jose for dropping off & picking up the Jumpy House and Cotton Candy machines. The Italian Trio (Reno Di Bono) for the Great Italian Music from 12pm to 3pm. Tracy Ignacio (Alex’s father) for coming at 10am to help me set up. You were a Big help! Steve Knauer (Kyra’s father) for coming at 11am to help me out on cooking the food. You were a Big help! My father (Dominick Fanelli) for coming at the last minute on Saturday (the day before the picnic) to Costco to help me, I can’t believe it took me 3 hours to do the shopping, I was tired and whipped out. Also, my wife (Lea Fanelli) for you Love and Support throughout the years. Your input on the picnic, and you putting up with me. Thank you for bring our beautiful son (Anthony Fanelli) to the picnic. Last year he was not walking and only was 6 months old. I can’t believe a year is gone by and he is 1 1/2 years old and running around and getting me tired, but I Love it all the way. Thank you so much for bring the BIG Beautiful Bottle of Champagne to this picnic, yes it was just a picnic but a special day in my life, 10 years in business. It has been a great ride, and a lot of hard work along the way, but it has paid off big time. I enjoy it a great deal, Tae Kwon Do is my Passion! It really meant a lot for me for you to take the time out and to celebrate for a moment a toast to 10 years in business, and a memory I will never forget. I Love You!
SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!
