Conditioning

We offer complimentary conditioning workouts once a month for All-Pro members and their families. Conditioning is a major portion of attaining a Black Belt. Our complimentary conditioning workouts are designed to give students a feel for what an actual Black Belt conditioning test is like. This monthly conditioning workout will help you achieve better cardiovascular health. All students, especially Brown Belt and above should attend at least 6 conditioning workouts per year, as well as running and exercising outside of the studio.

Sign up is required. Ten person minimum. Please check the website the Friday prior to each scheduled workout. The workout will be canceled if there is less than ten people signed up. Please e-mail Master Fanelli at afanelli@allprotkd.com to reserve your spot.

Dates:

January 10th, February 7th, March 7th, April 4th, May 2nd, June 6th,  July 11th,

August 1st, September 12th, October 3rd, November 7th, December 12th.

Time: 8:00am to 8:45am.

Place: Studio.

Conditioning Formula

1st Month

1-Mile 1 time a week = 4-miles per month.

2nd Month

1 ½-Miles 1 time a week = 6 –miles per month.

3rd Month

2-Miles 2 times a week = 16 –miles per month.

4th Month

2 ½-Miles 2 times a week = 20-miles per month.

5th Month

3-Miles 3 times a week = 36-miles per month.

6th Month

3 ½-Miles 3 times a week = 42-miles per month.

7th Month

4-Miles 3 times a week = 48-miles per month.

8th Month

4 ½-Miles 3 times a week = 54-miles per month.

9th Month

5-Miles 3 times a week = 60-miles per month.
